Hovering Meditation

Hovering is a meditation technique that I created to assist people new to meditation. It significantly helps those who struggle to meditate via traditional means.

It's easy to understand, simple to practice and accessible to people of all ages.

Unlike traditional meditation, Hovering aims to be highly concrete as opposed to highly abstract, so you can have that 'ah-ha' moment of clarity a lot sooner rather than later.

Essentially how it works is that you hover your cursor over the hover button and you use this as a tool to help ground your mind.


Of course, that's just the basics of it.

It's actually quite a lot more involved. For example, it's important that you keep your hand attached to your cursor while you practice Hovering.

In most cases, the reason why people struggle with meditation is because they have it explained to them poorly.

Which leads people to think that it's pointless, which is a huge shame because it really is one of the most important things you can do for your porn addiction recovery.

If you're interested in learning more about meditation best practice, I would visit the NeverFap Deluxe Meditation section of the website which explains how best to develop a solid meditation routine.

Of course, what's truly important with these things is learning to be consistent with your practice. It doesn't matter if you're Hovering or listening to guided meditation; the basic fundamentals of practice and consistency remain.

The longer you commit to these exercises, the more they will help rewire your brain and the quicker you'll become porn addiction free.
